Competition Competition is a major and fun part of the barbershop world that helps keep us focused on raising the bar of performing excellence. We come together in a spirit of lighthearted contest, to see who's really got top form. We root for each other, cheer each other on, and once the medals have been handed out, we sing and party into the night!
Regional Every year in April
International Sometime in the fall the winners of all regional contests -- and a few "wildcards" -- gather together at International competition. In 2012, International competition will be held in Denver, CO from October 29 - Nov. 3. You can view the complete contest on a live webcast on the Sweet Adelines International website. This is the ultimate female barbershop competition -- not to be missed!
